To deliver the license, you will direct the End User to the
pre-license page on the PlayStream site. The link to the pre-license page must
contain a query string containing the Content ID, your DRM ID and, optionally,
a redirection URL where the End User will sent to after the license is
installed. If left blank, the End User will be redirected back to the referring
page.
The link would look something like:

To view your DRM Owner ID, you will need to login to your PlayStream Account
with your Customer Login and Password. Once you are logged in, click on "Secure
Your Media" icon in the blue box field. Click "View" under "License
Acquisition/Delivery."

| STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS |

If you have an on-demand account, all instructions assume that you have encoded
and uploaded your media to your account at playstream.com. |

| Step 1 - Encrypt your media |
|
| Encryption is the act of protecting your media with a unique ID
for purposes data security. In order to access encrypted media, the -End User
must have a User Name and password (Permission) that allows decryption and
playback. Without this Permission, encrypted media will not play. |

| Step 2 - Create and save a customer
profile |
| How to Create a Customer Profile: |

Login into your PlayStream account at www.playstream.com using your PlayStream
Customer Login and Password.

Click on the “Secure Your Media” icon.

Click “View” under the “Customer Profile” Heading.

Enter your contact name, contact e-mail, contact URL and any message you would
like your End Users to receive if they have problems. This information will
appear in a dialogue box (in the End Users Windows Media Player) if they have
trouble acquiring a license to play your content.

Click “Update” to save your Customer Profile changes.

Click “Back” to return to the main Digital Rights Management area.

| Step 3 - Create a Subscription |
| What is a Subscription? |
|
| A Subscription is a combination of media (your files) and Permissions (User
Names and passwords) that are used to control access to your encrypted media. |
|
| How to create a Subscription: |
|

Login into your PlayStream account at www.playstream.com using your PlayStream
Customer Login and Password.

Click on the “Secure Your Media” icon.

Click “View” under the heading “Subscription/Permissions."

Click “Create New."
-
Enter a Subscription Name.

Leave all the basic rights set to their default values. Scroll down to the
bottom of the page and click “Create New Subscription.”

Scroll down to the bottom of the page, and click “Back."

If your Subscription does not appear in the Subscription list, click “Refresh”
on your browser.

| Step 4 - Create Permissions for your
Subscription |
| What is a Permission? |
|
| A Permission is a User Name and Password combination that you give to each End
User. The Permission allows you to control who views your media and how often.
It also allows you modify the End Users rights to save and manipulate your
content. |

| How to Create a Permission (User Name/Password): |
|

Login into your PlayStream account at www.playstream.com using your PlayStream
Customer Login and Password.

Click on the “Secure Your Media” icon.

Click “View” under the “Subscription/Permissions” heading.

Select the radio button for the Subscription that needs Permissions.

Click “Add Permissions” above the Subscription List.
-
Specify the “Allowed Count” for each Permission. This is the number of times a
given User Name/Password combination is allowed to acquire a license to play
encrypted content.

Enter the number of Permissions to create. This is the number User
Name/Password combinations that you are creating to access your encrypted
media. You issue these Permissions to your End Users,. If you anticipate 10 End
Users, then create 10 permissions. If you anticipate 100 End Users, then create
100 permissions. The Permissions will be viewable as an Excel spreadsheet.

Click “Create."

The results will be displayed as a list of User Names/Passwords in an Excel
spreadsheet named “add_permission.xls”. Save the spreadsheet to your local
machine. You can rename the file to any name you want as long as you maintain
the “.xls” file extension.

| Step 5 - Add Encrypted Content to your
Subscription |
| What Content Can Be Added to A Subscription? |
|

Please note: you can only add encrypted media to a DRM subscription. If you
attempt to add unencrypted media to a subscription, nothing will happen. If you
attempt to add both encrypted and unencrypted media to a subscription, only the
encrypted media will show in the confirmation list prior to adding content to
your subscription. |

| How to Add Encrypted Content to Your Subscription: |

Login into your PlayStream account at www.playstream.com using your PlayStream
Customer Login and Password.

Click on the "Manage Your Content" icon.

Click on the small "Manage Content" icon for the On-Demand Service name where
the content that you want to encrypt is stored. This will probably be the root
folder of your PlayStream FTP account. If the encrypted content is in a
subfolder, navigate to that subfolder.

Select the encrypted media you want to add to the subscription by selecting the
checkboxes to the left of the media file names.

When you have selected all content, click “Add to Subscription” above the
content list.

Choose the subscription name that you want to add the encrypted media to from
the subscriptions available in the drop down list.

Click “Add to Subscription.” If the content has been successfully added to the
selected subscription, you will be shown a confirmation message.

Click the “Back” button to return to the content list.

| Step 6 - Distribute Permissions to End
Users |
| How you authorize, distribute and bill your End Users for permissions (User
Names and passwords) is your choice. PlayStream is currently working with third
party vendors to integrate our DRM services and provide you with a billing
solution. |

| Step 7 - Redirect the End User to the
PlayStream Pre-License page |

PlayStream account using PlayStream Easylink technology. For more information

Login into your PlayStream account at www.playstream.com using your PlayStream
Customer Login and Password.

Click on the "Manage Your Content" icon.

Navigate to the file you want to link to.

Click on the file name link. You will be taken to the file info page.

Cut and paste the stream link from the text field into the source HTML for your
Web page in order to link to your encrypted media.
