| The following information is for adding and upgrading On Demand
streaming and adding a usage-based Windows Media Live Service.

| Adding an On Demand service to your account |

Login at www.playstream.com with your Customer Login and Password.

Click on "My Account" on the top menu.

Select "Services & Content Manager."
-
Click on the "Add New Service" tab on top of the table.
-
Choose the service you want from the drop down list.

Click the "Add Service" button.

Click on the "Upgrade & Downgrade" button.

Click on "My Account" on the top menu.

Click the “Services & Content Manager."

Click the "Add New Service" tab.

Select "Live Mount Point" from the drop down menu.

Read and agree to the terms and conditions by checking the check box Click the
"Add Service" button.
